Customer Experience Ambassador/Line Server

Atlantic Poké is a fast casual/quick service Poké bowl concept. We pride ourselves in quality ingredients prepared fresh daily with top notch customer service.
Must have a TEAM player mentality and enthusiastically engage with our guests while providing a memorable experience. Working clean is a must and we are a Hands on group who maintain a CLEAN environment.
The job entails building poke bowls in a line style service. Our guests can choose a Signature Bowl or have the option to BUILD YOUR OWN POKE. It’s not just about food in a bowl. You’re a guide on The Atlantic adventure building flavorful creations for each customer. There is some food preparation and portioning involved along with cleaning up as we work.
REQUIRED- Positive Attitude / Kind / Willing to be developed / Has a passion for Hospitality.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time- previous experience is a plus BUT not required.
** 20 – 40 Hours a week available **
** Hourly PLUS tipped gratuity
Scheduled shifts:
- 10am-2/3/4pm 12pm- 7pm 3-5pm – 8pm
- Schedules written 2 weeks in advance and availability provided monthly
- Ability to work a minimum of 3-5 Shifts- week days and weekends
Duties & Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable working in teams while executing multiple tasks (stocking take out supplies, answering the phone, curbside delivery)
- Cash handling and computer skills to use Toast POS and KDS
- Food handling (building poke bowls & stocking line)- follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday 11am – 8pm Saturday – Sunday 11:30 – 8pm
- Closed Holiday’s- Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
- Half day Holiday’s- Christmas Eve
***Must be a minimum of 16 years of age to apply. Must by able to legally work in the US and speak English.

LEAD Kitchen Associate

We are looking for great people to join our team! Must understand the importance of having clean hands, clean gloves and clean work areas when prepping each food.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time- Marlboro & Shrewsbury
** 30 – 40 Hours a week available - kitchen experience a plus BUT not required. We can teach you!
** Hourly PLUS tipped gratuity from our guests
Scheduled shifts available:
- 10am-2/3/4pm 12pm- 7pm 3-5pm – 8pm
- Ability to work a minimum of 3-5 Days/ Nights or Both.
- Ability to work Saturday or Sunday based on production needs
- Schedules written 2 weeks in advance
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure all food meets food safety & quality standards to eliminate cross contamination.
- Operate robot coupe dicer, rice cookers and other cold prep equipment
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines (knife safety procedures, hand washing, food time & temp logs, maintain clean- food safe dish & prep station through shift)
- Team player comfortable executing multiple tasks (production, ordering, receiving deliveries, cleanliness, answer phone, curbside delivery, building poke bowls)
